Fair

Fair, according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary means marked by impartiality and honesty: free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism, conforming with the established rules.

Fair, according to Matthew Larkin means Matthew must score a touchdown, homerun, or goal when playing football, baseball, or soccer at Teamworks for it to be deemed a 'fair' day. It is not fair, however, if his friends score but he doesn't. That's not a fair or equal day at Teamworks people! OK?
Do you understand fair now? PHEW! I'm glad we got that out there.
